This lifetime warranty does not cover defects that result from inaccurate operation, inadequate system components, or use with hardware or software that does not meet the minimum requirements as specified in the product description
This lifetime warranty only applies to significant defects that make the proper usage of the product impossible.
The customer is obliged to report defects and notify us of any complaints as soon as possible.
In case of any confirmed defect to the purchased product, Digilicenses will offer an equivalent and fully functioning replacement. In case the original product is no longer available, Digilicenses may offer an upgrade to a newer product with a nominal upgrade fee if the price of the new product is more than 10% higher than that of the old product.
