1. Delivery time

Products get delivered to your inbox within a few minutes after your payment has been confirmed.

2. Shipping method

We deliver our products only by email with no-cost shipping. You just have to make sure that you provide us with a working email address during checkout.
We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery if there are problems with your email address or service. From our side, we do everything possible to prevent our emails from being labeled as spam. But if our reply doesn’t arrive on time please have a look at your spam folder anyway.

3. Installation and activation problems

Our customer service is at your disposal around the clock and usually answers within 15 minutes. Please send us as many details as possible about your problem (screenshots of error messages. your operating system version, etc) so we can help you without delay.

4. Pricing

Thanks to the great and established relationships with our providers, we receive special prices for buying in bulk. Of course we are more than happy to pass our savings on to our valued customers.

5. Digital products

In order to give you the fastest possible service, we sell only digital products. We do not offer them on any physical media. You receive everything you need by email and we offer you installers in five languages for download (English, Spanish, German, Italian, French).

6. Billing

We use secure payment processing offered by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can use that for paying. If you don’t have one, you may use major credit and debit cards for paying through the PayPal gateway. All payments are 100% through the use of SSL encryption and the security measures offered by PayPal.

7. Data protection

Digilicenses uses industry-standard SSL encryption on the whole site, including payment processing. This keeps your personal information safe at all times. We don’t store any payment information, you enter it directly into the PayPal payment windows where it is transmitted through a secure connection.

8. Software installation

When we send your product information, we ask you to download the software from our download center. You might already have an installer or even an installed version for the purchased product. But given the variety of available installer types from Microsoft, we ask you to download from us to guarantee that the software is compatible with the purchased key.
