Digital licenses offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund.
After this 30-day period, we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee for all defective products.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty period under German law is 1 year from the date of purchase for defects attributable to faulty design, materials, or workmanship.
Conditions for defective products
In the event of defective products, Digital licenses repair or replace the defective product free of charge at its discretion, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The buyer must inform the seller in writing immediately inform us of the defect.
