You will receive your product(s) by email. Once we have confirmed that your payment has been received, we will send you an email with all the necessary download information and instructions for installation and activation. This usually takes no longer than 5 minutes.

It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid and functioning email address when placing your order. We cannot be held liable for failed delivery if your email address is incorrect or if there are problems with your email service.
